Description
This video instructs users in how to manage the ever increasing number of emails which individuals receive by creating their own folder structure. Direction is given in how to create and position folders within a user’s Outlook 2007 mail account. Different methods of populating user-created folders are examined. Finally, advice and instruction is given in the creation of personal data file (.pst files) which can then be used to manage the amount of storage space held by an individual in Outlook 2007 Mail Exchange Server. This feature can help to control storage issues associated with individual mail boxes.
