ICT924 Movie Maker Getting started with Video Editing
Description
Microsoft Window Movie Maker is a very basic editing programme that allows the creation of a slideshow. The slideshow may be a combination of video files, images and audio. Equally it may be a slideshow using just one of these media. In addition, the slideshow can be easily enhanced with a simple, yet effective, range of tools including transitions and text.
The pupil friendly interface is an ideal tool to allow pupils to enjoy working individually or collaboratively in teams whilst undertaking the challenging role of leading their learning. This programme is very stimulating and promotes personalisation and choice within a wide range of curricular areas thus has a definite role to play within today’s curriculum.
