What is Excel? It is a standard spreadsheet package which provides users with an array of extremely powerful tools. It can however be used within the primary curriculum to cover all aspects of basic information handling. In this opportunity we demonstrate how to create a simple spreadsheet to allow pupils to display and manipulate their data with ease. We will also look at sorting data which is a key aspect of information handling. In addition we will create and edit charts for display in order to assist pupils in their interpretation of results.
