ICT692 Access 2003 Designing relational database queries
Description
Access 2003 - Essential skills in databases looked at creating simple select queries using one table. This opportunity builds upon that knowledge and takes you through creating simple queries using more than one table. This opportunity also looks at using calculations in queries to summarise numeric data as well as parameter queries which will cut down the number of queries you will need to have in your system by making one query flexible enough to answer more than one question. The unit then goes on to look at different types of queries and how they can be used as well as looking at how you can format the output of a query to make it look neater on screen and for printing.
